Uploading Files to Leica ICON 

Video - Importing Job Files (CSV & DXF

• 1. Create a folder called “DATA” on a thumbdrive 
• 2. Download the .DXF and .CSV files to that folder 
• 3. Plug thumbdrive into the Leica Tablet 
• 4. Open the Leica ICON Software on the tablet

• 5. Make sure you have the correct project/job open that you want to import to 
• 6. Click “Import” 
• 7. Click “+” 
• 8. Click “Reference Data” 
• 9. Under “Source”, select “Removable Disk (D:)” 
• 10. Click “Data” 
• 11. Select the files you would like to import and press the green checkmark 
• 12. A dialog box should pop up saying “Successfully Imported” 

Please note: Control Points needed to be imported under “Control” not “Reference Data”
